How much does standard shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all TrailPack products. No standard shipping fee is added to your eligible order.
How long does delivery normally take?
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Weekends, recognized holidays, severe weather and carrier disruptions may affect the final arrival date.
How will I receive tracking information?
Available tracking details are sent by email after the shipment is released to the carrier. The tracking page may require time to display its first update.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered preparation. Review all delivery details carefully before completing checkout and request assistance as soon as possible when a correction is needed.
Why has my tracking information not updated?
Carriers may need additional time to register the first scan or update movement between facilities. Tracking can also pause temporarily while a shipment is in transit between checkpoints.
What should I do if my order shows delivered but is missing?
Check the delivery area, household members, building staff and nearby secure locations first. Carrier records may also update shortly before the physical delivery is completed. Keep your order number and tracking information ready if further review is required.
Can one order arrive in more than one shipment?
Products may occasionally be sent separately because of size, handling needs or fulfillment availability. When separate tracking details are available, they will be provided through your shipment updates.
