Orders and Delivery

Know what happens next

Once your order is placed, it moves through confirmation, preparation and shipment. Delivery updates are sent using the email address entered during checkout.

Order confirmation A confirmation message summarizes your items and delivery details. Review the information promptly for accuracy.
Processing Orders are prepared before shipment. Tracking may not appear immediately while the carrier receives and scans the package.
Free shipping Standard shipping is included with every TrailPack product at no additional cost.
Delivery timing Standard delivery is generally completed within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on carrier conditions.

Delivery Support

When a package needs attention

A delayed scan does not always mean a package has stopped moving. Use the most recent carrier update, delivery location and order confirmation as your first reference points.

Tracking delay Allow time for the first carrier scan or a new regional scan to appear after your shipment notice is sent.
Marked delivered Check entrances, mail areas, household members and nearby secure locations before reporting the package as missing.
Visible damage Keep the product, internal packaging and shipping box together. Clear photographs help document the condition.
Incorrect item Retain the item in unused condition and note the product name, quantity and information shown on the packaging.

Common Questions

Quick answers

Review the most common questions about TrailPack orders, shipping, product care and return eligibility.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery is generally completed within 3–5 business days after shipment. Carrier conditions, weather and delivery location may affect the final arrival date.

Does TrailPack charge for standard shipping?

No. TrailPack includes free standard shipping with every product.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Order changes may be possible before processing is completed. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipment has begun.

What should I do if tracking has not updated?

Initial and regional carrier scans can take time to appear. Check again after the next business-day update and confirm that the shipping information in your order confirmation is correct.

Can an outdoor-tested product be returned?

Products should remain unused and clean to qualify for a standard return. Outdoor use may introduce dirt, moisture, wear or damage that can affect return eligibility.

How should camping equipment be stored?

Clean and fully dry equipment before storage. Keep it in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, moisture, sharp objects and prolonged compression whenever the product instructions recommend loose storage.

What information helps resolve a product issue?

Keep your order details, product name, packaging information and clear photographs of the item or issue available. A short description of what occurred also helps identify the next step.

Is assistance available outside normal business hours?

Yes. TrailPack provides customer assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
